Making A Purchase If you over order or wish to remove a item, please click on the view basket button.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. 'Your statutory rights are not affected'.
Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling cost apply to UK Mainland only. For overseas customers we will contact you to advise on costs.

Delivery Schedule Normal despatch from receiving order 24hours (Subject to stock availability) , but please allow 2 to 14 days for delivery depending on size/weight.

If you require any product by a specific date please telephone/email to ensure that the item's is in stock.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and send when available carraige paid. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy You may return any Products you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or email within those 14 working days. You will then be entitled to a refund (original cost of goods only) from Hastings Hobbies Ltd, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us at the address specified in the packing note While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.
