How to Make your own Easter Egg
1. WASH AND DRY MOULDS thoroughly before use. 2. Slowly melt about 7oz of chocolate in a heat proof bowl suspended over hot water until runny. 3. Fill each mould about 3/4 full with liquid chocolate. 4. Slowly press the inner mould into the chocolate so the full half Easter Egg is formed. (Alternatively if you want to be abso;utely certain no air bubbles form you can use a pastry brush to "paint chocolate over the inside of the mould). 5. Press the 2 rectangular grooves in outer and inner moulds, so the 2 moulds clip together. 6. Put in fridge for about 30 minutes to harden. Then gently remove from moulds. Trim surplus chocolate from edges. 7. Wrap the 2 halves of your Easter Egg in coloured foil or tie with a pretty ribbon.
